EAS Lottery Update

As of February 4, 2021, all 50 spots for our incoming 6th grade class of 2021-2022 are filled. The highest lottery number to receive placement was #85. Please note that openings do sometimes occur after all spots have initially been filled. Should any future openings become available, we will continue to work our way down our master list in lottery number order. 

**From this point forward, any student offered placement will have just 24 hours to accept or decline placement.**

School Schedule for Week of March 8-12

NO SCHOOL FRIDAY, MARCH 12 - see adjusted schedule for Thursday, March 11

Friday, March 12 is a LEAP (Learning Enhancement Academic Planning) day for district teaching staff, which means no school for students. We will follow our normal remote learning daily schedule on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. On Thursday, March 11, our school schedule will be as follows:

Schedule for Thursday, 3/11

    • 9 – 10 am: math/Spanish period 1 (math teachers/classes will celebrate Pi Day)
    • 10:10 – 11:10 am: math/Spanish period 2 (math teachers/classes will celebrate Pi Day)
    • 11:20 – noon: Xello activities
      • 6th/7th: Complete Personality Style & Learning Style inventories; complete Career Matchmaker EOY Reflection document (on-screen check-off by advisory teachers)
      • 8th: High School & Beyond (HSB) plan activities (Healy)
    • Noon – 12:30 pm: Lunch
    • 12:35 – 12:50 pm: Spirit Week activity
    • 12:50 – 1:20 pm: Green Team Carbon Footprint Survey & Overview Household Waste Survey
    • 1:30 – 2:30 pm: Clan Games (w/ possible teacher charades or pictionary)
    • 2:35 – 3:30 pm: All-School Campfire
