EAS Curriculum Night
Hello and welcome to EAS Curriculum Night!
Thank you for joining us to learn about what your students will be learning this year. We are in Year A of our 3-year spiraling curriculum cycle. The integrating theme across subjects this year is "Where Have the Salmon Gone?" This theme is the foundation for our integrated studies classes, which include Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, STEM, and Art. In addition to Integrated Studies classes, you will also learn about Math, Spanish, and PE/Fitness curriculum here, along with the experiential programs that are the pillars of EAS's adventure education curriculum - Camps/Excursions, Community Stewardship, and Wednesday Electives.
We invite and encourage all EAS families to engage in your student's educational experience. Our school community embraces diversity and recognizes the value that each of our student's and family members contribute to the the unique culture that is the Environmental & Adventure School.
Welcome from our principal...
