Medication Information

Students who need medication during the school day or on EAS camps/trips must have completed medication forms reviewed and approved by our district nurse before the medication can be taken or administered.  This applies to both over-the-counter medications (such as tylenol, ibuprofen, allergy tablets, etc.) as well as doctor prescribed medications.

MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION Forms

Questions concerning medication administration during the school day and/or during EAS camp excursion weeks should be directed to the EAS office or our district nurse.
